Characteristics of MCV-1165G Vertical Machining Center of Zhongmao Machinery:
1: Casting design:
All castings of Zhongmao MCV-1165G have been calculated and analyzed by computer. The reasonable structural strength and the matching of reinforcing ribs have improved the high rigidity of the machine. The casting material shall be MIHANNA (closely baked) casting FC-30 #. It can ensure the long-term stability of the machine tool and high-precision processing. The castings are thoroughly annealed, which is conducive to eliminating internal stress and preventing deformation of the castings after long-term use.
Base design:
The machine base has a wide and solid structure, all of which are designed for heavy load and full support, which can ensure the heavy chip capacity during processing. The machine base is designed with oil-water separation box to avoid the deterioration of cutting fluid due to mixing and extend the use of cutting fluid.
Column design:
The column is of herringbone triangle structure, the saddle is widened and lengthened, the heavy load is fully supported, and the structure is solid.
Spindle head and spindle design:
The spindle head is reinforced with ribs, and the contact length ratio is appropriate, which can provide more stable support for the spindle. The distance from the spindle center to the Z-axis rail surface of the column is 710mm, and the processing range is larger.
The main shaft adopts German FAG P4 or Japanese NSK P4 high-speed high-precision bevel ball bearings, and the standard speed can reach 8000rpm. The main shaft assembly uses IRD dynamic balance correction equipment to directly calibrate the dynamic balance of the main shaft online, so that the main shaft can avoid resonance when running at high speed and ensure the best processing accuracy.
The spindle uses a four claw broach with high strength and toughness, which has a large contact surface, strong tool holding force, small tool handle nail loss, and long service life.
The standard spindle air curtain dust-proof device completely eliminates the phenomenon of iron filings and dust invading the spindle bearing during processing, and ensures the pure quality of the spindle interior. Therefore, the service life is extended.
2: Transmission mode: screw and wire rail
The three-axis motor and precision high-speed ball screw adopt Taiwan Shangyin C3 or Yintai C3 straight junction transmission (clearance is 0), assembly pre tension and advance elimination machine

X/Y/Z axis is supported by sliding guide rail, which can support heavy load and fast movement to ensure better positioning accuracy. The width of X axis is 90mm, and the width of Y axis is 80mm,

3: Magazine design:
It adopts Taiwan's first brand tool changer, which is fast, easy to operate and has a long life, providing stable and reliable tool exchange action. The unique design of the tool exchange device has been updated to the electronic brake drive mechanism, which eliminates the problem that the brake pads wear out and need to be replaced after several years of use of the previous cam type structure.
4: Sheet metal design:
The machine's sheet metal specially designed by China Trade has a beautiful appearance, which conforms to ergonomics and national CE standards. It is widely appreciated by users. It is equipped with explosion-proof tempered glass to protect people from accidental injury when workpieces fly out. The side windows are equipped with two safety locks to avoid accidents caused by operators' opening.
Under the operation box, a convenient tool storage box can store 10 tools that need to be used at any time. There is no need to purchase a tool car, saving space.
In terms of chip removal function, MCV-1165G is designed as a flushing device for the chassis inside the machine. The chip chips are brought to the chip collecting groove at the rear of the machine by a large amount of cutting fluid from the chip punching device. The chip collecting groove is enlarged so that users do not need to clean the iron chips in a short time,
The chain plate type chip conveyor is optional, which automatically flushes the chips into the chip conveyor and discharges them into the chip collecting trolley. This eliminates the problems of the screw type chip conveyor, such as chip failure and screw damage.
The machine is equipped with a high brightness LED working light, which can be adjusted at any angle to facilitate the operator's loading and unloading of workpieces, measurement and other work. The equipped working light has dust-proof, explosion-proof and other functions.
5: Power distribution design and panel:
The operation panel of China Trade is the original imported panel of a well-known brand in Taiwan. All the main wire rods are imported from Taiwan, which are resistant to external pulling, oil corrosion and high temperature. The quality reaches the Japanese machine level. It is superior to the rough wire rods used by ordinary domestic brand manufacturers, and it is easy to have the problem of aging wire rods and poor contact of keys.
The movable handwheel rotating parts are imported from Japan, which have a longer service life. The back is equipped with a powerful magnet, which can be firmly adsorbed on any metal sheet metal for easy use during operation. It also has multiple functions such as axis selection, feed rate selection, etc. It is equipped with a flexible extension line, which facilitates tool setting and workpiece coordinate setting, and is easy to operate. The electrical box is equipped with a drying and dehumidifying bag to avoid rust of electrical components caused by moisture in the air.
